Getting Started

We understand how complicated and confusing the healthcare industry can be. We will do everything in our power to make the process of working with Pure Medical to get the equipment you need as easy and transparent as possible.

  • An order is faxed to Pure Medical by your physician.

  • Pure Medical representative will call you within 3 business days upon receipt of the order.

  • We will work with your provider and insurance company to complete the order process.

  • Once authorization is received from the insurance company, a Pure Medical representative will reach out to you to go over your eligibility/benefits and collect any co-pays/deductibles before an appointment is scheduled or product is shipped.

All patients are welcomed to call our office at (508)-567-4167 at any point to ask questions or check on the status of your order.
